In de eerste aflevering reist hij af naar Galici\u00eb. Volkomen terecht natuurlijk dat hij Galici\u00eb als eerste aandoet, daar komt hij ook zelf achter!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bekijk hier een preview wanneer Ilja Gort mee op pad gaat om schelpen rapen. Dat blijkt nog niet zo makkelijk te zijn!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/lUtiqeQmvUY\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In een half uur krijg je een schitterend inkijkje in de rijke Galicische gastronomie. Gort gaat traditioneel mee schelpen rapen, een zwaar werk dat traditioneel door vrouwen gedaan wordt (de mannen zijn op zee vissen). Uiteraard proeft hij ook een heerlijke <a href=\"https:\/\/www.galiciatips.com\/nl\/over-galicie\/eten-en-drinken\/pulpo-a-la-gallega\/\">Pulpo a Feira<\/a>, en leert en passant wijn drinken uit een kommetje.
