Een fantastische combi met zeevruchten, die ook al zo typerend zijn voor Galici\u00eb. Hoe groot was dan ook mijn verbazing toen ik in een Italiaans restaurant een mousserende Albari\u00f1o voorgeschoteld kreeg! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Albari\u00f1o in het beste Italiaanse restaurant van Nederland<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Een mousserende wijn gemaakt in een blend met onder meer Albari\u00f1o. Wat een verrukking!\u00a0 De Italianen staan bekend om hun goede smaak en dat blijkt maar weer. Ik kreeg deze wijn dan ook niet zomaar in de eerste de beste Italiaanse pizzeria, maar in misschien wel het beste Italiaanse restaurant van Nederland, aldus de Volkskrant.\u00a0 Bij welk gerecht we de wijn dronken weet ik al niet meer. Ik was dronken van geluk. Het fantastische Italiaanse eten in combinatie met deze heerlijke mousserende Albari\u00f1o.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De wijn die we dronken is te vinden op <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vivino.com\/consorzio-il-bagnacavallo-tiberiacum-vino-spumante-metodo-charmat-extra-dry\/w\/3050346?year=N.V%0A\">Vivino<\/a>, maar waar je de wijn kunt kopen is mij onbekend. En als het aan de Galicische wijnmakers ligt is dat ook niet de laatste keer, zo las ik in <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"een artikel over mousserende albari\u00f1o (opent in een nieuwe tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thedrinksbusiness.com\/2016\/09\/trend-for-sparkling-albarino-on-the-rise\/\" target=\"_blank\">een artikel over mousserende albari\u00f1o<\/a>. De vraag naar mousserende wijn is groeiende en in Galici\u00eb ziet men ook het succes van cava. Enkele wijnmakers in de Rias Baixas produceren al mousserende wijn of experimenteren ermee.\u00a0 Ik ben erg benieuwd. De friszure Albari\u00f1o lijkt mij erg geschikt voor mousserende wijn.
