Estrella Galicia, main brewer of Galicia, launches a limited bier to celebrate the holy year Xacobeo. The beer is called Estrella del Camino, in English that means Star of the Road. A beer to pay hommage to the camino!
Estrella del Camino is a refreshing ‘witbier’. It’s not just created in the Xacobeo year to pay hommage to the camino. The beer is also created with respect for the pilgrims walk. To make the beer various ingredients that grew along different routes of the camino are used. The beer is made with:
- Orange: Valencia- Camino Levante
- Coriander: Portugal- Camino Portugués
- Wheat: Galicia- Camino Inglés
- Barley: Castilla- Camino Francés
