Great Spanish food must be paired with great Spanish beer, even when you’re not in Spain. To bring this belief to the people Galician beer brand Estrella Galicia organises a gastronomy month in the UK this September.
When talking about wine, many sommeliers will tell you that a dinner could be accompanied best with a wine from the same region. According Galicia’s biggest beer brand Estrella Galicia the same goes for beer. It’s the belief of Estrella Galicia that Spanish food should be paired with Spanish beer.
As with many things in live nowadays things get harder due to covid. It’s harder to enjoy Spanish food and a good glass of Spanish beer in Spain for people outside of Spain at this moment. Therefore Estrella Galicia has decided to host a gastronomy month in the UK, to offer people the opportunity to enjoy Spanish food accompanied of a Estrella Galicia cerveza.
Where and when to celebrate Estrella Galicia’s gastronomy month?
The event will be held during the month of September 2021. In all corners of the UK there will be an event. Events will be held in London, Newcastle, Brighton and Bristol.
How to celebrate?
The brewery organises 3 types of events to take part in. There will be tapas tours, tasting menus in collaboration with master chefs and it’s even possible to organise an at-home event. The tasting menus vary in style, from tapas to Michelin star diners. All food will be paired with Estrella Galicia beer off course.
